e have twenty individually decorated and furnished bedrooms, eleven character rooms in the main house, six spacious rooms in the courtyard, and three rooms in the garden cottages.

All rooms overlook our gardens and farmland beyond and have double beds, en-suite facilities, satellite television & DVD player, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones with modem connections and wireless high speed internet connection.

Honeymoon Suite:

Kensington, our Honeymoon Suite, is furnished with a king sized Rococo style bed, a large flat screen television and DVD player, for those lazy mornings in bed. In the bathroom is a large spa bath for two and a separate multi-jet shower.

Within the lounge are chairs & a sofa for you to entertain any guests and floor to ceiling windows with views out over our gardens and the adjoining sheep filled fields. The lounge also has a separate bathroom with it's own multi-jet shower.

Premium Deluxe Rooms:

Ferndown is one of our Premium Deluxe Rooms located in the courtyard. With its canopy bed and patio doors leading out to the private patio overlooking the herb garden. It  has a spacious bathroom with spa bath and separate multi-jet shower.

Deluxe Rooms:

Intimate Madingley, on the first floor of the main house, has chandeliers, a silk drape four-poster bed and windows overlooking the courtyard.

Lymington, located also on the first floor in the main house, has a luxurious Victorian bath overlooking the croquet lawn.

Master Rooms:

Alton is located in the cottages to the right of the main house. It is decorated with pine furniture with a sofa that can be converted to a bed for children. In front of the cottages is a raised patio which overlooks the garden and surrounding countryside.
